Shipping, returns and refunds

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 and flat rate shipping based on destination. Feel free to contact us if you have special shipping requirements. otherwise we will use the best shipping method to fit the circumstance.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged on receipt. We need to be notified within 72 hours of receipt with a report of damaged merchandise.
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery of your package. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day policy.  Please include a copy of your packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase.
Gift receipt returns are for exchange or store credit only.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 15th.
In store purchases may be returned to the store in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Will will issue a store credit or a full refund issued to the card that was used to make the purchase or by any other method of payment that was used to make the purchase. Purchases paid by check will not be refunded for 10 days. In store transactions with no receipt will be given a store credit.
Special orders and sample sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
